  • Sessions are available virtually via telehealth for California residents aged 18+

    Sessions are held 53-minutes long through a secure video conference call.

    Session frequency recommendation is based on the level of need of support.

    Kindly note that I strongly advocate for our work to begin on a weekly basis for the first 4-6 weeks in order to build rapport and fully support the appropriateness of tapering sessions to bi-weekly or increasing frequency for stability.

    $150/session

    A joint session is when we welcome a guest to join. This may be a family member, partner, or medical provider.

    $200/joint session

  • Therapy intensives can benefit those who want more time to develop rapport faster without disruptions and dive deeper. This can provide accelerated results.

    This can particular benefit those who have inconsistent scheduling availabilities, experience episodic, short-term stressors, and need more time to process experiences/build rapport.

    $250/90-min session

    $325/120-min session

    * Kindly note that therapy intensives are often not covered by insurance companies for reimbursements.

  • I offer consultation calls for

    • curiosities about pursuing the mental health field, support for building a resume/writing a letter of intent, selecting a graduate school/ program, and the process towards licensure

    • educator, mentor, parent coaching for age-appropriate behavioral strategies and case conceptualization

    • learning more about therapy (ie. therapeutic process, process of selecting a therapist, modalities/treatment models, levels of care, etc)

    • exploring supplemental psychoeducational resources and community supports

    $50/30 min; $100/60min

Outside of the above stated insurances, I am private pay and help clients receive reimbursement for out-of-network benefits. I can provide a SuperBill to you so that you can submit it for reimbursement from your health insurance company, or collaborate with you using Mentaya, an agency that will submit these out-of-network claims for reimbursement on your behalf.
