  • Sessions are available virtually via telehealth for California residents aged 18+

    Sessions are held 53-minutes long through a secure video conference call.

    Session frequency recommendation is based on the level of need of support.

    Kindly note that I strongly advocate for our work to begin on a weekly basis for the first 4-6 weeks in order to build rapport and fully support the appropriateness of tapering sessions to bi-weekly or increasing frequency for stability.

    $150/session

    A joint session is when we welcome a guest to join. This may be a family member, partner, or medical provider.

    $200/joint session

  • I offer consultation calls for

    • curiosities about pursuing the mental health field, support for building a resume/writing a letter of intent, selecting a graduate school/ program, and the process towards licensure

    • educator, mentor, parent coaching for age-appropriate behavioral strategies and case conceptualization

    • learning more about therapy (ie. therapeutic process, process of selecting a therapist, modalities/treatment models, levels of care, etc)

    • exploring supplemental psychoeducational resources and community supports

    $50/30 min; $100/60min

  • Enjoy reading? This guided bibliotherapy offering is like a book club for those interested in connecting with a small, intentional community to explore self-help/mental health topics.

    Individuals will receive the offered psychoeducational book and are expected to complete assigned reading prior to joining the weekly discussion group offered via secure video conference call. Supplemental psychoeducational information, resources, and activities will be offered in tandem with discussions.

    Kindly note that this is a closed group, meaning that if you are interested, the expectation is to attend all meetings through the duration of the group without drop-ins or add-ins.

    The duration of the group is subjected to specific books. Some books are longer and have more content than others.

Outside of the above stated insurances, I am private pay and can provide a SuperBill to you so that you can receive reimbursement from your health insurance company. Many insurances have out-of-network benefits and will provide this reimbursement.
