I am paneled with Kaiser and Cigna insurance through a virtual group telehealth agency, Allminds. If you are interested in working with me through Allminds using your Kaiser insurance, please message me and I will explain the steps to take.
I partner with Mentaya, a company that provides insurance triage support in facilitating the reimbursement of out-of-network benefits. While I do not directly take any insurance, I coordinate care via Mentaya to secure Superbills for reimbursement through your insurance provider.
Please contact me for any questions regarding this and I’m happy to clarify and support. We can check your out-of-network benefits together.

After submitting an inquiry through my contact form, I will offer a e-mail and call to confirm interest, qualifying factors for beginning treatment, and orient you to next administrative steps.
Brief 15-min consultation calls are mainly for administrative purposes- not full assessments.
The intake session, our first full 53-minute session, will be an overview of services and policies, and an assessment.
In my experience, some folks attempt to use the 15-min calls in-lieu of an assessment. Therefore, I strongly encourage you to meet with me for an intake assessment rather than a 15-min call.
Kindly note that although I cannot fully know you, or vice versa, in a single-session, most of the time my clients and I have a good understanding of whether or not it’s a good fit by the end of the first intake meeting. If it isn’t a good fit, I will offer alternative recommendations/referrals.
